Success is achieved only when all the parts work together. If one part is broken or disabled, there will be no success. When everyone is moving forward together, success takes care of itself. There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching out and lifting people up. It is a wander what a “nice play,” “good job,” or “high five” comment will do to lift the spirits and help our team to succeed and grow together. We must all encourage and respect each other and always support one another, looking for the positive. If someone misses a ball, they already feel awful about it, no need to remind them of it. We are going to have a poem that will remind us of what it is like to be a great teammate.
